Green House Retreat - Event Space Rental - Event Venue

Event Fee:

Events require a flat Event Fee charged per active event day, in addition to the standard nightly vacation rental rate.

• $1,000 per day – Up to 50 attendees
   
• $1,500 per day – 51 to 70 attendees
   
• Custom quotes available for multi-day events or special setups.
   

Minimum Stay:

A two-night minimum stay is required for all events.

Deposit and Insurance:

• A $1,000 refundable Event Security Deposit is required at booking.
   
• Special Event Liability Insurance is mandatory, with minimum coverage of:
   
  • $1,000,000 General Liability
     
  • $500,000 Property Damage
     
  • Liquor Liability included
    The policy must name Green House Estate Property Address, Property Owner, and Digsify Property Management as Additional Insureds.
     

Noise and Clean-Up:

• All music must end by 8:00 PM per West Palm Beach noise ordinances.
   
• Guests are responsible for post-event cleanup, including removal of trash beyond the provided bins. Additional bin rental information is available upon request.
   

Parking and Vendors:

• Valet parking is mandatory for events expecting more than 10 vehicles.
   
• All vendors (caterers, rental companies, planners) must be approved in advance and must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance prior to the event.

Rental Terms:

The rental of the property for event use is priced separately from the standard lodging rental. Both must be secured prior to event confirmation.
