Green House Retreat - Event Space Rental - Event Venue

WEST PALM BEACH EVENT VENUE

 Escape to Green House Retreat, a serene vacation rental and event venue in West Palm Beach, FL. Perfect for family reunions, workshops, health retreats, and small weddings, this picturesque property sleeps up to 18 guests with 17 beds across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Situated on 2 acres, the event space rental offers a spacious yard ideal for event tents, bounce houses, and outdoor activities.

With its convenient location near beaches, restaurants, and activities, Green House Retreat offers a memorable experience for your next event. 

Event Rental Information & Guidelines

The event venue can be reserved for a flat event fee in addition to the vacation rental, with a minimum 2-day booking required for the rental. The corporate event venue accommodates up to 100 people and sleeps 18 guests, featuring a large yard suitable for event tents, bounce houses, and more. Event space rental pricing is determined by the number of guests and the event's size. 

An initial non-refundable deposit is required upon contract signature for all event space rentals. Guests must adhere to the West Palm Beach noise ordinance of 8 pm, with music turned off at this time. Clean-up requires guests to remove all trash not fitting in provided bins and leave the property as found, with optional trash bin rental information available.


​Valet parking is mandatory for events with over 10 cars.  Vendors must have a certificate of insurance. 

The rental of the property for an event is priced separately from the vacation home rental.
